Pompe Cucchi’s WP Series Magnetic Drive Gear Pumps are compact, self‑priming gear pumps designed for transferring and metering non‑lubricating, low‑viscosity liquids at medium pressures (up to 15 bar). They are widely used in chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, agricultural, and cleaning applications thanks to their efficiency and leak‑free magnetic drive design.

The WP series magnetic drive gear pump has been designed to solve transfer and metering problems with non-lubricating and low viscosity liquids.

The construction of this series of gear metering pumps complies with the 2006/42/CE, 2014/30/UE, 2014/35/UE directives and with the UNI EN ISO 12100, UNI EN ISO 13732-1, UNI EN 809, UNI EN ISO 14847 directives. On request, versions compliant with 2014/34/EU (ATEX) directive and with the API 676 – NACE MR0175 standards; it is also available with EAC (CU TR 010) – CU TR 012 certification.

The management of the quality system of Pompe Cucchi Srl operates in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard.

Leak‑free magnetic drive: Eliminates shaft seals, preventing leakage and ensuring safe fluid handling.
Flow range: 2–16 L/min (≈120–480 L/h), ideal for low‑flow dosing.
Pressure capacity: Up to 15 bar.
Self‑priming capability: Strong suction power, suitable for liquids with viscosities from 1–60 cPs (up to 3000 cPs on request).
Temperature range: Standard up to 40 °C for water/low‑viscosity liquids; up to 180 °C for medium‑viscosity liquids.
Construction materials: AISI 316L stainless steel or brass, with graphite bushings, stainless steel gears, and mechanical seals in ceramic/graphite/neoprene or Viton.
Safety valves: Optional built‑in valves (VE versions) for overpressure protection.
