The Valve Centre in Wanganui is purchased

1994

Pump Specialties and The Valve Centre are merged and the new company becomes Pump & Valve Specialties

2001

Packaged Pump Stations line launched under the Fluidtec brand

2004

Pump & Valve Auckland moves into new purpose built facilities

2004

Applied Pumping Technologies (APT) is acquired and merged with Pump & Valve

2006

SPEL Environmental products launched

2006

Pump & Valve Wanganui moves into purpose built facilities

2012

Pump & Valve re-enters the domestic market with the purchase of Northwest Pumps & Equipment in Wellington. Their Fastflo brand is continued on and Northwest Pumps & Equipment is amalgamated into Pump & Valve

2012

Pump & Valve awarded the ABS submersible pump agency

2013

Pump & Valve awarded the Wilden agency

2016

Staff numbers grow to 26

2020

Pump & Valve opens state of-the-art Fibreglass manufacturing facility in Wanganui with the latest technology from United States, to provide additional capacity to its growing demand for pumping stations, oil water separators and underground storage tanks.

2021

Pump & Valve opens sales branch in Nelson, staff numbers now total 39.

2024

Pump & Valve Specialties acquires A1 Pumps & Motors in Auckland, marking a significant milestone in our journey of growth and innovation.
