The Wilo SiBoost2.0 Smart Helix VE is a fully automatic pressure‑boosting system equipped with 2 to 4 vertical multistage Helix2.0 VE stainless‑steel centrifugal pumps, each with integrated frequency converters. It’s designed for drinking water supply in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, offering high efficiency, redundancy, and seamless integration with building automation systems.

The Wilo-SiBoost2.0 Smart Helix VE provides reliable water supply in large buildings at all times with integrated protection functions. These include overload protection, dry-running protection and low-water cut-out switchgear with automatic deactivation. The optional interface to the SCADA connection also enables monitoring and leakage detection.​

Furthermore, significant energy savings are achieved through pressure-loss optimised hydraulics as well as optimal load adjustment. ​

The switchgear with colour display provides optimal operating convenience by displaying visualisations and plain text.​

  • Multi‑pump configuration: 2–4 Helix2.0 VE pumps in parallel for redundancy and load balancing.
  • High‑efficiency IE5 motors: Integrated air‑cooled frequency converters optimize energy use.
  • Smart Controller SCe: Plain‑text display, rotary knob, and intuitive menus for commissioning.
  • Protection functions: Overload, dry‑running, and low‑water cut‑out with automatic deactivation.
  • Building automation integration: Optional CIF modules and Wilo‑Gateway for BACnet/Modbus.
  • Drinking water suitability: All wetted components are stainless steel.
  • Fully automatic water supply in inlet mode, in the field of public water supply, for pressure boosting from tanks or pressure pipes, for municipal, commercial, industrial and domestic applications (e.g. water supply companies, trade and industrial companies, residential, office or public facilities, administration buildings, hotels, hospitals).
  • Standby pump included according to DIN 1988 and DIN EN 806.
  • Approved fluid is water which does not corrode the materials used, neither chemically nor mechanically, and does not contain any abrasive or long-fibre constituents.
