Hygienic Air-Driven Double Diaphragm Pumps for Transferring Solvents
This site in Auckland required air driven Double Diaphragm pumps fitted with Pulsation Dampeners to transfer solvents from bulk ISO containers to user points inside of a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The pump selection needed to include stainless steel wetted parts, with chemically compatible diaphragms and a discharge rate of not less than 100 litres per minute.
Mobile Peristaltic Hose Pump for Waste Chemical Recovery
Client required a mobile pumpset that could be easily transported to Airports around the country to recover waste firefighting chemicals from IBC containers. The pump needed to be self-priming, easy to use and must be able to run dry without damage. It also needed to be able to plug into single phase power supply.

Wilden replaces Vortex Pumping Sludge
Pump & Valve were asked to look at replacing a drymount stainless steel centrifugal vortex pumping sludge from a DAF plant, the sludge had a high concentration of sand in it, meaning the existing pumps were needing rebuilding almost every year which was a costly exercise.
