This project required a wastewater pumpstation for 150 lots in Massey, Auckland.
The pumpstation needed to be designed to the Watercare DP-06 wastewater pumpstation design standard, as it was to be a public asset.
Our team designed up this wastewater pumpstation to meet the needs & requirements from Watercare, identifying the storage requirement of 33.75m3.
This pumpstation had a wetwell 3.0m dia x 7.8m deep, the pumps were Sulzer 7.0kW with a flow rate of 8.5 l/sec.
We were involved in this project from concept design through to the commissioning and writing the Operations & Maintenance manual (500+ pages).
