Argal manufactures specialized self‑priming pumps designed for heavy, corrosive, and high‑density liquids. Their two main ranges are the ELK peripheral self‑priming pumps and the RHINO mag‑drive self‑priming turbopumps, both engineered for rapid priming and reliable operation in chemical, wastewater, and industrial applications.

The Argal Self‑Priming Pump range combines rapid priming capability with robust chemical resistance, making it ideal for transferring corrosive, high‑density, or hazardous liquids across industrial and environmental applications. Available in the ELK peripheral self‑priming series and the RHINO mag‑drive turbopump series, these pumps are engineered in polypropylene, PVDF, or E‑CTFE reinforced with carbon fiber to ensure durability and safety. With features such as reversible flow, suction lifts up to –6 m, and ATEX Zone 1 compliance options, Argal’s self‑priming pumps deliver reliable performance in chemical processing, wastewater treatment, seawater handling, and other demanding operations.
