The Wilo‑Helix V is a vertical multistage centrifugal pump designed for water supply, pressure boosting, cooling, and industrial process applications, offering high efficiency, corrosion‑resistant stainless‑steel construction, and long service life. Description

The Wilo-Helix V is a highly efficient, vertical and multistage pump with an IE3/IE4 motor. All components that come in contact with the fluid are made of stainless steel (AISI 304/AISI 316L) and are therefore particularly corrosion-resistant.

The configurable pump can be used flexibly for applications ranging from water supply and pressure boosting to cooling technology and demanding industrial applications. It also has drinking water approval and is designed with easy maintenance in mind. In this way, the Wilo-Helix V combines high efficiency with a long service life and a wide range of possible applications.

  • Maintenance made easy through convenient access to pump components (such as the bearing integrated in the lantern), the wide range of motor compatibility, and the spacer coupling and cartridge mechanical seal (if used)
  • Suitable for high-temperature environments with a standard ambient temperature of up to 50 °C without power dissipation
  • Drinking water approval if EPDM rubber is selected for the gasket
