Description

The Wilo Flumen OPTI‑TR 20‑40 is a direct‑drive submersible mixer designed for reliable suspension and homogenization in tanks and basins. With stainless steel propellers, robust sealing systems, and optimized hydraulics, it ensures long service life and efficient operation in demanding environments.

  • Fast running, directly driven submersible mixer, in continuous or intermittent operation.
  • For suspension and homogenisation in commercial areas of:
    • Process sewage
    • Sewage containing faeces
    • Wastewater (with small amounts of sand and gravel)
  • Direct‑drive submersible mixer – Fast running, continuous or intermittent operation.
  • Propeller design – 2‑ or 3‑bladed stainless steel precision‑cast propellers (8–16 inch diameter) with backward‑curved edges to minimize clogging.
  • Durability – Low cavitation tendency, corrosion‑resistant mechanical seals, and large rolling bearings for long service life.
  • Motor system – Surface‑cooled submersible motor (three‑phase), permanently lubricated bearings, and integrated temperature monitoring.
  • Sealing chamber – Double shaft sealing with white oil to absorb leakage, ensuring protection against fluid ingress.
