Wilo-Atmos GIGA-NX

The Wilo‑Atmos GIGA‑NX is a robust, long‑coupled end‑suction centrifugal pump designed for industrial and building service applications. It’s essentially the “next‑generation” evolution of the Atmos GIGA series, built to ISO 2858 and ISO 5199 standards, with improved hydraulics, corrosion‑resistant stainless steel components, and IE3/IE4 motors for high efficiency.

Description

With its range of versions, the Wilo-Atmos GIGA-NX offers a wide variety of motors and materials and can be operated in a temperature range from -20 to +140 °C. This makes the glanded pump a configurable all-round solution for diverse industrial applications.

Designed for continuous operation, the pump features corrosion-resistant stainless steel hydraulics and a maintenance-free ball bearing ensuring a long service life. The spacer coupling enables quick replacement of the mechanical seal for maintenance purposes. The Wilo-Atmos GIGA-NX enables speed control with a Wilo-EFC frequency converter and can be equipped with temperature and vibration monitoring for early detection of impending downtime.
