Description
Grundfos offers a wide range of dosing pumps representing state-of-the-art technology.
DDA, DDC and DDE are smaller pumps with flows up to 30l/h. the DDA and DDC pumps have a click wheel and an LC display making the pump very easy to set up, calibrate and use. The lower cost DDE has just the click wheel. These pumps are all based on the innovative stepper motor technology allowing wide flow ranges (3000:1 in some cases)
DME pumps are the legacy stepper motor pumps that pioneered the technology. These are still available in the larger pumps ranging from the smallest DME60 pump (0.075 – 60l/h) up to the DME 940 (1.175 – 940l/h). Again these come with a LC screen making them very user friendly.
DMH mechanical hydraulic dosing pumps are the preferred choice for applications where reliability is of the utmost importance. The diaphragm is hydraulically actuated meaning that it is exposed to very little stress and extremely long diaphragm life is the result. These are the more traditional style dosing pumps with a conventional electric motor driving it. Flows to 1500l/h and pressures to 200 bar.
DMX Pumps are similar to the above DMH pumps however the diaphragm is mechanically actuated. This is a simple and reliable solution and is capable of flows to 4000l/h and pressures to 10 bar.
