This application is pumping 2500l/min of sandy/sludgy water from the bottom of a sump. The pumps had to be able to handle abrasive, viscous and watery liquid, be able to self-prime and able to be submersed in an emergency.
This application is pumping 2500l/min of sandy/sludgy water from the bottom of a sump. The pumps had to be able to handle abrasive liquid that could be both viscous and watery, had to be able to self-prime and also be able to be submersed in an emergency whilst still pumping.
The answer was 3 x Wilden PS15 pumps with Proflo SHIFT technology to minimise air consumption all manifolded together and drawn up by our inhouse draughtsman so that the customer could see exactly what he was going to get!
