Pump & Valve successfully replace an existing problematic Flygt CT3170 22kW pump that was dry mounted in an old existing pump station.

Pump & Valve were asked to replace an existing Flygt CT3170 22kW pump that was dry mounted in an old existing pump station. Pump & Valve selected a Sulzer XFP100G 18.5kW that gave a flow of 48l/sec @ 22.5m to replace the Flygt pump. The Sulzer pump was purchased, airfreighted in and installed in a very short timeframe and has been operating very successfully ever since. The over heating and blockage issues that were very prevalent with the old Flygt pump have also disappeared!
